1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OneConvertly ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

OneConvertly provides free online file processing tools including PDF manipulation, image conversion, audio extraction, document creation, and developer utilities. Most tools operate entirely within your browser with no server involvement.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use OneConvertly for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to process files you do not have rights to process
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or compromise the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service without permission
• Use the Service for any illegal activity

4. Your Files and Content

For client-side tools: your files are processed entirely in your browser and never transmitted to our servers. We have no access to your files.

For server-side tools: you retain full ownership of your files. By submitting files for server-side processing, you grant OneConvertly a temporary, limited license to process those files solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Files are deleted within 1 hour.

5. Intellectual Property

The OneConvertly website, logo, and interface design are the property of OneConvertly. The underlying open-source libraries used (pdf-lib, Tesseract.js, FFmpeg, etc.) are subject to their respective open-source licenses.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OneConvertly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that processing results will meet your expectations. Always keep a backup of important files before processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneConvertly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or files. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which may be zero for free users).

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep OneConvertly available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
